It is with the deepest regret the Irish Republican Community says good bye to Ann Loughman.  She was dedicated to the cause of Irish Freedom and Justice.  Ann was well known for her support and generosity toward Irish Republican Political Prisoners and their families.  She gave of herself, opening her heart and home to Political Prisoners and their families, she visited and wrote to prisoners, organized and encouraged others to do so.

Ann  also hosted a Rockland county community radio program for Irish events, news, language and music Her unfailing honesty, integrity and hope for Human Rights for all people will be sorely missed by all who knew her and the communities of oppressed people she supported.
